Verdell L. Busch
Verdell L., nee Peter, Busch, 87, of Maryville, IL., born April 13, 1930, in East St. Louis, IL., passed away Friday, July 7, 2017, in Maryville, IL.
Verdell very much enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, they spent many enjoyable weekends at their house on the Lake of the Ozarks, boating and being together. She was a dedicated registered nurse, the special care she gave for others in need held a special place in her heart. She and Fred were members of St. John United Church of Christ, Collinsville, IL., and after retirement they volunteered for the Shriners and the Lions.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband Fred Busch Jr. who passed away March 3, 2016; brothers, Francis Peter & Ralph Jones; sister, Evelyn Kaase.
Surviving are her loving daughter, DeLois “DeDe” and her husband Kevin Bluemner of Collinsville, IL., with their family Jennifer Kane and her children Masen, Gannen and Kamden; Angela and her husband Cameron Tidball with their children Addisen and Brynnen; Scott Bluemner; her son, Kurt and his wife Jayne Busch of Pacific, MO., with their family Bradley and his wife Kaitlin Busch and their child Brynn; Jessica Busch and Blake Busch; her son, Keith and his wife Vicki Busch of Murphysboro, IL., and their family Justin and his wife Angel Busch and their children Brooke, Brianna and JC; Jared and his wife Heather Busch and their child, Drake.
